The company has 13 manufacturing sites around the world. Imperial's cigarette brands include Lambert & Butler, Regal, Embassy, John Player (Ireland's market leader), and Superkings; manufacturing takes place in the company's factory in Nottingham, England. Cigars are produced under the Castella, Classic, and Panama names at the company's factory in Bristol, England.
Lambert & Butler cigarettes are produced in England in both standard (King) and Large (Super King) size. They also come in 2 different strengths (Silver & Gold) Silver is the stronger type while Gold is a lighter smoke. There is also a menthol and Ultra Light type.
Advertising: Before the ban on advertising was introduced into the UK, advertisements for Lambert & Butler featured pictures of two men, one of whom was dressed as a butler. Lambert would ask the butler something, and the butler would always have a witty response. For example, Lambert says "Got a light, Butler?" to which the butler replies "I've got ten Los Lambertos" while holding a lamp.
